Other times its just smart to carry spare parts with you when heading into the unknown.

We don't like it when you have to replace an entire product because one small component breaks, or goes missing... 
For all these reasons we offer each part of our racks as a spare.

Of course if you feel the part has broken due to a manufacturing fault or design flaw, we want to hear from you so we can get it sorted out.
